Americas REGIONAL DIRECTORS

Ana Isabel Navarro

Regional Director, Latin America

Based in Mexico City, Ana Isabel Navarro serves as Regional Director of Latin America. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating member services and regional meetings, building relationships and growing the association’s Latin American membership, and connecting our Latin American members to the wider Allinial Global community.

Ana Isabel began her career as an international relations specialist in the Mexican government. There, she focused on building the “Mexico Brand” project, which consisted of improving Mexico’s reputation, attracting tourism and investment capital, increasing exports, recruiting a talented and creative workforce, and enhancing Mexico’s cultural and political influence in the world. Most recently, Ana Isabel worked for a member firm of PKF, where she built strong ongoing relationships between the firm and other members, advised clients on establishing their footprint in Mexico, and expanded commercial opportunities for everyone.

Natasha Schamberger, CPA

Regional Director, North America

As Regional Director of North America, Natasha is responsible for driving new value for North American member firms through enhanced commerce, connectivity, and member services, and for supporting growth by recruiting new members.

Natasha is focused on discovering meaningful, future-focused results for CPAs, their firms, and the accounting profession. Before joining Allinial Global, she served as CEO and President of the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA), where she effectively executed strategic initiatives, promoted the interests and livelihood of CPAs, and most notably, established the Accounting Career Kick-Start Program, collaborating with key partners of the overall accounting ecosystem to inspire young talent to choose accounting. Prior to that, Natasha was the Associate Director of Firm Services at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), where she led the Firm Services Team and spearheaded practice management initiatives on succession, practice growth, and changing firm business models.
