Allinial Global Welcomes JoAnn Labbie as Chief People Officer

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ATLANTA, GEORGIA December 6, 2022 — Allinial Global, the world’s second largest accounting association, is pleased to announce a new addition to its leadership team: Chief People Officer JoAnn Labbie.

JoAnn is a familiar face to many association members, having worked for Allinial Global from 2013–2017 as VP of Learning & Development. She is returning to Allinial Global after launching her own consulting company, CLO, LLC. Others may recognize JoAnn from her work with Allinial Global strategic partner Mindshop, where she provides support tools, coaching, and training for accounting firms and independent advisors implementing advisory services in their local markets.

With a doctorate in education, numerous certifications for coaching and training, and over 25 years of experience in the accounting profession, JoAnn is well prepared to help firms navigate the changing business landscape and related staffing challenges. As Chief People Officer, she will focus on continuously improving the association’s learning and development offerings and applying her coaching, training, and consulting skills to help member firms develop and implement future-ready strategies for their people.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome JoAnn back to Allinial Global. Between her past work with AG and her recent consulting experience, she will be an incredible asset to us as we pursue our vision of making Allinial Global a true resource to members. JoAnn’s firsthand knowledge of the advisory landscape and her ability to develop tailored services and solutions will help our members not only with learning and development needs but with all of their people issues.”
