Allinial Global Ranked World’s Second Largest Accounting Association

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ATLANTA, GEORGIA  March 11, 2022 — Maintaining its status as a top contender in the global accounting profession, Allinial Global has been ranked as the world’s second largest accounting association according to the International Accounting Bulletin’s recently released 2022 World Survey results.

Despite the continued impact of the pandemic in 2021, Allinial Global successfully executed its plans for growth in key markets, welcoming several Top 100 US firms, including Cherry Bekaert LLP, Weaver, and Windes, Inc., as well as Global Tax Network, whose operations span both the US and UK. The association’s EMEIA region saw the addition of Blick Rothenberg and Verallo in the UK; Kovsted & Skovgard, a top 25 firm in Denmark; Eurofast, which ranks among the top 10 in 10+ countries across Southeast Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, and the Middle East; and Ijewere & Co., the largest indigenous firm in Nigeria. In the Latin America region Allinial Global also welcomed Grupo CFE, the sixth largest firm in Guatemala.

Although its North American roots go back to 1969, Allinial Global has risen through the ranks as a relatively new but significant player in the global space. After rebranding in 2015 with revenues of $1.8 billion, fewer than 100 members, and presence in just 15 countries, Allinial Global has developed a truly global focus, now exceeding $4.5 billion in collective revenue, with 256 member firms representing 94 countries around the world.

As a testament to the boldness of the association’s strategic vision, the International Accounting Bulletin awarded Allinial Global the title of 2021 Rising Star Association in recognition of AG’s forward-thinking leadership and client-centric focus.

“At Allinial Global our sights are set on transformation, both for our members and the association itself. With the rollout of our new strategic plan last year, the AG team went to work on a number of new initiatives to elevate the member experience and drive commerce, collaboration, and future-readiness. Tackling transformation is never easy, but I’m pleased with our progress toward our strategic goals, and we look forward to raising the bar again in 2022.”
