Terry Snyder

President & CEO

Terry Snyder became President and CEO of Allinial Global in 2008. He currently leads a team of twenty-four members, including nine vice presidents and assistant vice presidents. His primary responsibilities include strategic planning, financial performance, and the overall success and growth of the association.

Terry has more than forty years of experience at the highest management levels in both public accounting and private industry. He began his career with Arthur Andersen before continuing to develop his accounting experience with firms such as RSM McGladrey and Olive LLP. Most recently, he served at Clifton Gunderson, LLP as both Managing Partner, Downstate Illinois Region and Partner-in-Charge of the Peoria office.

Jack Charlesworth

COO & Executive Vice President

As COO & Executive Vice President, Jack Charlesworth’s role encompasses strategic and tactical activity as well as the overseeing and directing of Allinial Global’s day-to-day operations—including financial, personnel, product and service, legal, and compliance matters. He provides support not only to the Board of Directors, but also to the Firm Management Committee and the Firm Management Conference and Seminar held each May and November.

He began his career as a certified public accountant managing both the Atlanta-office small business practice and the company-wide internal technology for a regional firm with five offices. Prior to joining Allinial Global, Jack spent eighteen years in CIO-level positions, including experience in retail/distribution and mining/manufacturing entities.

Job Dieleman

Regional Director, Americas

Since joining Allinial Global in 2007, Job Dieleman has worked closely with members to serve their global needs. He develops cross-border programs that allow members to both grow their international practices and service inbound international engagements. He also helps build the strong global working relationships that develop into international business opportunities.

During his eight years with Milliken & Co., Job held international sales and marketing responsibilities for operations in Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, and, to a lesser degree, Japan and the Middle East. He also spent two years in the U.K. managing Milliken’s London office. As Senior International Business Consultant at the University of Georgia, Job provided international consulting and education to Georgia businesses.

Graeme Blockley

Regional Director, Asia Pacific

As Regional Director, Asia Pacific, Graeme Blockley is responsible for the recruitment, development, and support of international member firms and partner organizations in Asia Pacific, as well as the planning of future services and resources needed to effectively serve members in this region. He also develops and maintains the region’s governance structure.

Graeme joins us from PKF International, where, as COO Asia Pacific, he successfully negotiated the recruitment of a national network into PKF Australia. As CEO of Bentleys Australia, he grew the network’s fees from $60M to $80M in two years through a membership model overhaul that resulted in improved recruitment and collaboration among members. He earned his Master of Business from Macquarie University, Sydney.

Chris Robinson

Regional Director, EMEIA

Chris Robinson has had a long career in business development and relationship management, delivering cross-border solutions for large retail and manufacturing clients. Transferring these skills to the accountancy profession in 2009, he has since worked for a fast-growing “Top 100” UK firm. Most recently, as International Development Officer for the TGS Global network, Chris has successfully recruited member firms around the world. Chris has a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford.

Chris is based in the UK and focuses on growing the EMEIA regional membership, coordinating the delivery of services to members, and leading regional meetings.

Ed Rivera

Regional Director, Latin America

Ed Rivera joined Allinial Global in 2015 as Regional Director, Latin America. His primary duty is to develop a Latin American strategy and growth plan that will help the association expand its presence in the region. His areas of expertise include tax and accounting firm practice management, as well as international accounting associations—with a focus on Latin America.

Before coming to Allinial Global, Ed spent eight years at Baker Tilly as a leading executive responsible for the development and execution of the network’s regional strategic plan to drive sustainable growth in Latin America. He helped many local firms internationalize their practices and developed cross-border strategic initiatives.

Lara Joseph

Vice President of International Member Relations

Lara Joseph joined Allinial Global in 2011 as Project Coordinator, but now serves as Assistant Vice President of International Member Relations. In this role, she works directly with the CEO and market directors to identify and develop strategic relationships with prospective international member firms. She is also responsible for on-boarding new member firms; directing members to resources; planning and executing international events; managing the Sponsors and Affinity Programs; and working hand-in-hand with members to establish third-party solutions which result in a value-add for the membership.

Lara’s areas of expertise include business analysis, HR and operations management, and strategic management. She earned her BS in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University.

Susan Rhodes

Vice President of Human Resources & Member Relations

Susan Rhodes joined Allinial Global in 2012 and holds the title of Vice President, HR Services & Member Relations. During her tenure, she has enjoyed leveraging her consulting background to help member firms better develop their HR initiatives. Susan has a wide range of responsibilities at Allinial Global, including the development of functional communities; overseeing the HR Conference and Committee; helping member firms network, share, and connect; and updating members on the latest HR trends. She also develops and implements tools like RETAIN, and she manages the Member Satisfaction Survey.

Susan has HR experience in the healthcare, technology, and retail industries, and is very involved in several civic organizations. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA.

JoAnn Labbie

Vice President of Professional Development

JoAnn Labbie is responsible for the Learning & Development programs offered by Allinial Global. She oversees our Leadership Progression programs, our staff development offerings, and other educational offerings. JoAnn’s career path as Chief Learning Officer of a regional accounting firm, accounting instructor, business consultant, tax accountant, and as a CFO has prepared her to lead the charge of equipping others to meet the demands of the accounting profession.

JoAnn has a Doctorate in Occupational Studies and Masters in Education from The University of Georgia. She has a Bachelor in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance. Labbie is a CPA, business coach, facilitator, and educator.

Stephen Varley

Vice President of Technical Services

As the Vice President of Technical Services, Steve Varley is responsible for assisting our members with all aspects of technical resources and solutions. He is directly involved in member technical training, serves as liaison to technical committees, and coordinates solutions to the questions posed to Allinial Global by member firms.

Steve has nearly thirty years of public accounting and industry experience. His background in public accounting includes work for both local and regional CPA firms. His areas of experience include A&A, tax, employee benefit plan administration and audits, M&A, and due diligence engagements. Beyond this, his additional industry work includes capital development consulting and serving as Controller/CFO for a troubled aerospace manufacturing company.

Rosa Chun

Vice President of Marketing Services

In her role as Vice President of Marketing Services, Rosa Chun works closely with our firms’ business development and marketing professionals. The programs she develops both enhance existing marketing tools and develop new ones that enable firm growth strategies.

She has over fourteen years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on product management and relationship management. Previously, Rosa was Director of Research and Strategy at an executive search firm specializing in private liberal arts colleges. Before that, she was an eBusiness Manager in Alcoa’s Customer and Marketing Services division. She has an MBA in marketing from the University of Southern California and a BA in philosophy and psychology from Emory University.

Sherry Bartman

Vice President of Information Services

As Vice President of Information Services, Sherry Bartman is responsible for developing and providing resources, training and networking opportunities for IT Directors and partners in charge of technology at Allinial Global firms. She also directs the internal technology needs of the association and is responsible for developing and managing the Allinial Global websites.

Sherry joined Allinial Global in 2001 as Website Content Editor, later becoming Website Manager and then Vice President as her duties expanded into internal technology and managing resources for member firms’ internal technologists. Prior to Allinial Global, she spent ten years as Director of Communications at a large nonprofit organization. Previous positions as Computer Operations Manager, Systems Administrator, Office Manager, and Editor provide the experience for her current diverse responsibilities at Allinial Global.

Tanya Christensen

Controller

Tanya Christensen joined Allinial Global as Office Manager, but became Controller in 2012. She is responsible for all of the company’s financial reporting processes and HR/Benefits administration. Her areas of expertise include the management of accounting functions, budget processes, and annual audits.

While serving as VP and Treasurer for a manufacturing subsidiary of Mitsubishi, Tanya developed accounting, benefits, and HR policies and procedures; delivered presentations at board meetings, conferences, and trainings; and developed and maintained both banking and vendor relationships. She also has ten years of experience as Controller for nonprofit organizations. A CPA with over twenty-five years of experience, she holds a CGMA designation and is a member of both the AICPA and GSCPA.

Karen Jenkins

Vice President of Meeting Services

Karen Jenkins joined Allinial Global in 2013 as Program Manager, but now serves as Vice President of Meeting Services. As leader of the Meeting Services team, she manages all international programs, our two larger conferences: Summit and the Firm Management Conference, and other partner-level programs.

Before coming to Allinial Global, Karen spent seventeen years at KPMG, where she was Associate Director responsible for the Southeast and Southwest areas. Her areas of expertise include management of fiscally responsible budgets, facility contract negotiation, and program execution. Karen earned her BA from the University of Vermont and holds a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
